Return&Exchange Policy

At WDCOZY, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

🗓 90-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Products should be in resalable condition, free from stains, odors, or damage.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items that have been used or washed.
  • Products that are soiled, damaged, or show signs of wear.
  • Final sale items or those marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Note: Exceptions may apply in cases of defective or incorrect items received.

🔄 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@wdcozy.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging and send them to the address provided.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

💰 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

📦 Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

🛠 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
