What materials are your bedding products made of?
Our products are mainly made from polyester and 100% cotton. You can find detailed material information on each product page.
Are your products machine washable?
Quilts and duvet covers are machine washable. We recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle.
Faux fur blankets are not recommended for machine washing. Spot clean or dry clean is advised for best care.
Do your quilts come with duvet covers?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, quilts and duvet covers are sold separately.
What bed sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes including Twin, Full, Queen, and King. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for more information.
Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses is currently unavailable.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team at support@wdcozy.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return window for all orders. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to arrange a return or exchange at no extra cost.
Care & Maintenance
How do I properly care for my bedding to extend its lifespan?
Regular machine washing is fine for cotton and polyester items. Use mild detergent and tumble dry on low or air dry.
Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
Faux fur products should not be folded or compressed repeatedly, and must be kept away from heat.
What’s the difference between a quilt and a comforter?
A quilt is usually lightweight and suitable for warmer weather or layering, while a comforter is thicker and designed for colder climates. Our quilts can be used with duvet covers for added versatility and easy cleaning.
